Frequently Asked Questions about the Passfaces Partner Programs

Q.  Do I need to be certified to sell Passfaces products?
A. Yes, you need to go through technical, marketing and sales training to become a partner and to be certified.

Q.  How can I apply?
A.  It's easy.  Send an email to
partners@passfaces.com to contact an account manager.

Q.  Does Passfaces sell their products direct?
A.  No.  Passfaces does not sell their products directly and will turn over appropriate leads to the certified resellers.

Q.  What types of partners should apply for the program?
A.  Resellers, OEMs/ASPs as well as consultants.  There is an appropriate program designed for each group.

Q. How do certified partners get access to marketing and sales tools?
A.  Once you have been accepted into the program and have signed an agreement you will be given access to the Partner Portal.

Q.  What kind of support do partners recieve?
A.  Resellers receive 20 hours of Level 1 support.  OEMS/ASP receive 40 hours of both Level 1 and Level 2 support.

Q. What initial programs are available to new partners?
A. Passfaces offers a Quick Start Program that allows new resellers to earn Market Development Funds at a higher rate on sales made during the first 90 days.  After that, Passfaces continues to pay Market Development Funds on a quarterly basis.
