Senior Sales Consultant:
Minimum 3-5 years of successful consultative selling experience
with internet/business application software focused on internet
security and password authentication to Fortune 1000 companies.
SDK Product Manager:
Responsible for strategic upgrades, market
extension, and delivery cycle management for our Software
Development Kits.
Technical Support Manager:
Responsible for managing the
Technical Support organization. Duties will include development
and refinement of support policies, hiring and training of
support personnel, helping to develop a strategy for building a
world wide support organization, and working with customers on
escalation issues.
Technical Support Specialist:
Responsible for providing front
line support to customers with support requests. Must be able to
understand the technology and provide first level support via
phone and email.
Principal Professional Services
Consultant: Responsible for
providing leadership for the Professional Services Organization.
Duties will include development of service offerings, working
with customers to scope service engagements, hiring and training
of consultants, and assignment of consultants to engagements.
Professional Services Consultant;
Responsible for delivering both short and
long term consulting support to customers and prospective
customers. Support may be in the form of structured service
offerings, or in response to ad hoc customer requests. Much of
the support will be delivered at the customers site, so
extensive travel should be anticipated.
