Paul Barrett,
Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer
Paul has over 20 years leadership experience in the
IT security industry in
technology, product and business development. In
1984 he independently developed the world’s first
high-speed implementation of the now ubiquitous RSA
crypto-system. From 1985 to 1989, Paul worked for
Computer Security Limited, where he was responsible
for, amongst other achievements, the introduction of
the (now market-leading) SecurID authentication
token into Europe. In 1990, he co-founded
authentication token business, SmartDisk (Nasdaq:
SMDK), which he managed and led to a successful sale
in 1996. In 1998 Paul joined UK company VDL –
developers of the Passfaces™ cognometric
authentication technology – and launched PassCenter™,
the first single sign on service for the Internet.
In 2000 Paul restructured and relocated VDL to the
USA where it now operates as Passfaces Corporation.
Paul has a BS in Electronics from Sussex University
and an MS in Computation from Oxford University. |

Andrew Ryan,
Vice President
of Product Development and CTO
Andrew has over 15 years of technology and product
development experience in the IT security industry.
He is a recognized expert in user authentication,
cryptographic and smart-card systems. Prior to
joining Passfaces, he was chief technologist at
Visage Developments Limited, where he was
responsible for the development of the Passfaces™
technology and for implementation of the PassCenter
Internet password management service. Andrew has a
BS in Cognitive Systems from Sussex University. |

Haggard,
Vice President Business
Development
John
is a pioneer in the design, development, and
delivery of advanced state-of-the-art
information security products for 65% of
international corporate, government, and
educational institutions for over 25 years. He
has extensive experience ranging from large
mainframe enterprise systems to large Internet
distributed systems. He was a member of an elite
team that developed and deployed the world’s
first extended user authentication
infrastructure for authentication beyond
passwords in the mid 1980’s. John served as the
ACF2 Development Manager for SKK. Inc., then as
Product Owner of the Security, Control, and
Audit division of CA (NYSE: CA)
until 1994. Since
then John, has led startup companies deploying
biometrics and one time passwords servicing
international financial institutions. John
served as President, COO, and CTO of VASCO Data
Security International (Nasdaq: VDSI), bringing
that company into the market in 1994. Since
2000, he has served on the board of directors
for numerous intellectual property companies in
the field of advanced smart card technologies
related to authentication and security. John
has a BS in Computer Science, from Northern
Illinois University.

Stephen
Morck,
Vice President of Customer
Operations
Steve is a senior information technology manager
with extensive experience in the development and
growth of professional services, customer support,
and educational organizations. He has expertise in
personnel management, solution development/delivery,
methodology development and quality management
systems. Steve has held several senior leadership
positions at both Sybase and Portal Software, and
has played a critical role in the development and
successful operation of a number of different
organizations. Steve has a BA in Math from the
University of Maryland and an MS in Computer Science
from Johns Hopkins University. |

Lennie Myers,
Vice President of
Sales
Lennie has over thirty years of business
experience in a wide range of industries from
computer and telecommunications to reverse supply
chain logistics. Most recently Lennie held the
position of CMO at Image Microsystems where he
revamped the corporate vision, mission and marketing
strategy resulting in Image Microsystems being
recognized as one of the top three companies in the
industry. Prior to that, he held the Senior Vice
President of Operations position at Optimal Telecom
where his efforts resulted in $50,000,000 in phone
service billings which contributed significantly to
an eventual IPO. Lennie has worked as an independent
consultant and with a variety of both consulting and
marketing firms. His executive level experience
includes business ownership, operations, customer
service, sales, and marketing. He has taken
several companies to the next level by developing
and implementing strategic business plans. Lennie is
a gifted speaker and is a member of Toastmasters
International from which he has received numerous
awards.

Barb Rose,
Vice President
of Marketing
Barb has more than 10
years experience in high tech public relations and
marketing . At ICSA, later known as
TruSecure, the leading Internet Security provider
she drove the company's public relations efforts
from 1994-2000. Her efforts grew awareness of the
organization through top level story placement,
press and analyst tours, and by securing high level
speaking opportunities for executives and through
planning of successful thought leadership programs.
Barb has held senior marketing and public relations
positions with advertising agencies and later at
PestPatrol, an anti-spyware software vendor. Barb’s
experience and knowledge of the security industry was key to the successful
growth, and later acquisition of PestPatrol. Having
been successful working in start-ups and taking them to
the next level, she was employed as a marketing
manager for Computer Associates, Int., Inc. |
